TruFi™ II DNA Polymerase is an ultra-high fidelity proofreading DNA polymerase exhibiting both 5'→ 3' DNA polymerase activity and 3'→ 5' proofreading exonuclease activity, enabling the correction of mismatches during the amplification process.
