In general, what is the lead-time for new orders?

All orders of in-stock items received by 3 pm EST are shipped same-day. Temperature sensitive items are packaged using blue ice to maintain stability during transit.

Do you offer free samples of your products?

Yes, samples are available for many of our popular products. Samples must be shipped to a valid business or institution address. Please note that the free sample program is intended to provide researchers with a commitment-free method for the initial evaluation of products only. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders of $400 or more you will receive free shipping within the US and Canada. This is only applicable to reagents and consumables.
