Conditions of Use

Azura Genomics provides products exclusively for research purposes and in vitro use only. Products are not suitable for administration to humans or animals. Certain applications of Azura Genomics products are covered by patents issued to parties other than Azura Genomics and applicable in certain countries. Because purchase of these products does not include a license to perform any of these patented applications, users of these products may be required to obtain a license depending upon the particular application and country in which the products are used.

Shipping and Delivery

Due to the temperature sensitivity of our core products, reagents are packaged with blue-ice bricks to maintain stability during transit. In-stock orders received by 3:00 pm EST will generally be shipped the same day via UPS 2-day delivery. Shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Azura Genomics offers Free Shipping on orders of $400.00 or more and a fair fee of $54.00 for orders less than $400.00*

*Valid on orders of reagents and plasticware in the contiguous USA only.

Credit Card Orders

We offer credit card purchases on any of our products in the United States, allowing you to receive products quickly and easily. Azura Genomics accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express® through phone orders and online. In addition, we also accept PayPal for your convenience.

Merchandise Return Policy

We cannot accept material/product for credit without prior written consent. Returns will only be accepted by Azura Genomics in instances of errors attributable to the Company or where the goods are not satisfactory for their intended use, when used as directed. Azura Genomics will not accept products which have become outdated, were ordered in error, or can no longer be used due to changes in procedures.

Taxes and Other Charges

Any sales tax, excise tax, duty, inspection or any other tax, fee or charge imposed by any governmental authority shall be paid in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced. If Azura Genomics is required to pay any such tax, fee or charge, you shall reimburse us or provide us with an exemption certificate at the time the order is submitted.

Limited Product Warranty

Any product that does not meet the performance standards stated in the product specification sheet will be replaced at no charge. This warranty limits our liability to the replacement of the product. No other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided by Azura Genomics. Azura Genomics shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use or the inability to use any product.
