The system contains a novel fluorescent DNA-binding dye which produces minimal PCR inhibition and greater fluorescence upon binding to double stranded DNA than SYBR™ Green I. The AzuraView™ Green 1-Step qPCR Blue Mix LR utilizes an advanced 2x buffer chemistry and a 1-Step enzyme blend of Azura™ HS Taq Polymerase, thermostable Reverse Transcriptase and RNase inhibitor. The complex of enzymes coupled with our 2x BlueMix LR buffer provides robust first-strand cDNA synthesis and real-time PCR in a single tube directly from RNA. The AzuraView™ Green 1-Step qPCR Blue Mix LR also contains an inert blue tracer dye to simplify pipetting and facilitate the preparation of PCR plates. The low ROXTM mix can be used to quantify a specific target RNA from either total RNA or mRNA while reducing the number of pipetting steps and time to result.
