Azura 2x HS Taq Mix

Azura 2x HS Taq Mix is a ready-to-use master mix optimized for market-leading specificity with a wide range of DNA templates including difficult GC-rich targets. The high-performance 2x formulation is comprised of Azura HS Taq polymerase, hot-start antibodies, a proprietary PCR enhancer, and reaction buffer with optimal levels of dNTPs and MgCl₂. The highly advanced Azura 2x HS Taq Mix chemistry allows fast cycling conditions to be used with greater efficiency and reproducibility.
